Just a little tid-bit about starting a business; your customer service ethos must be in place at all times. Customer service is something you shouldn't forget or neglect. Customer service should be the brain-thrust of the business. Customer service is essential to any business new or existing...irregardless or anything else. Put customer service in place and success should follow.
I would be nice if everyone wanted to volunteer to go to work. But no one would show up right? We're so spoiled to the paycheck. Would you show up to work if they said, "from now on you're all going to become volunteers, no more paycheck for any one." What would you do?
